Now, more than ever, the value of technology in education is essential for our students.

Today they are using technology to shape their future. Coding empowers students to be creative and problem solve any idea. The Hour of Code is a one-hour introduction to computer science designed to show that everyone can learn the basics of coding and to broaden participation in the field of computer science.

Computer science education week is the time:

  • To CREATE an opportunity for your students to code
  • To GIVE educators a chance to advocate for computer science at your school
  • To CELEBRATE the amazing things you and your students can accomplish – even if computer science isn’t being taught at your school!
