The public is encouraged to take this opportunity to visit with these students and their futuristic teachers about their projects.

The event is held each biennium providing K-12 schools an opportunity to showcase their uses of educational technology in the classroom during the North Dakota Legislative Assembly. School teams were invited to submit a proposal on their technology usage they would like to highlight, then screened and selected according to a list of criteria which includes topic, best practices, and current trends in education technology.

The K-12 Education Technology Showcase is hosted by North Dakota Information Technology-EduTech. Sponsors of the event are ClassLink, BAND (Broadband Association of North Dakota) and Microsoft.
