TCaaS helps districts improve their educational technology success while letting district staff focus on their educational roles within the school and classroom.
What’s Included
For starters, the service provides Microsoft 365 A3 licensing for all qualified users, device and application management, and adoption of state-provided security tools such as Cortex XDR and Tenable.
We also support districts with student information systems, data quality, ClassLink rostering, assessment readiness, E-Rate, technology planning, and ongoing vendor coordination.
TCaaS is modeled as a partnership. Districts maintain local involvement by providing accurate data, designating staff for on-site tasks, and participating in required security practices aligned with Zero Trust principles.

- Identity and access management (ND K–12 identity, MFA)
- Cybersecurity tools and guidance
- Professional learning opportunities
Pricing
TCaaS is offered as an annual service aligned with the school year (July 1 – June 30) and has a base cost of $10,000 + $15,000 for each block of 50 staff. Pricing includes Microsoft 365 A3 licensing, all core services, and professional learning credits to be used on any EduTech training opportunities at no additional cost.
