We are preparing features on our new website to facilitate making static IP requests for K12. In the meantime, please create a Service Now incident and include the following information:
- Device type (printer, server, camera, etc.)
- Host name
- Location
- MAC address
Note: The hostname will be pre-pended with a unique code representing your school's county and district (ex. 801-OfficePrinter-Color3).
