Session Date
In this five-part series participants will demystify AI, explore responsible implementation, address bias, and showcase how AI-powered learning can revolutionize student outcomes. This is a self-paced online course that begins on the 1st of each month. Participants that register will receive an email around the first of the month in the month which they registered for with instructions and details on how to access and complete the course. Participants will have the entire month to complete all coursework.

  • Begin to realize the benefits and address the risks of AI in an educational setting
  • Critically evaluate AI tools and resources for their applicability and effectiveness in the classroom.
  • Define artificial intelligence and explain its fundamental concepts
  • Learn guiding principles when using AI in an educational context.
  • Recognize and discuss the ethical considerations and potential biases in AI, especially as they relate to education
