              Cybersecurity Basics - Introduction to AI (CYBER.ORG) introduces students to the foundational concepts of cybersecurity through immersive modules. The course covers content from the Artificial Intelligence domain from the CYBER.org course and provides students with a basic understanding of AI (artificial intelligence) that affects our everyday life. Teachers will explore this new course to understand how they can incorporate these concepts into their classrooms.
Completion of the workshop can be used towards fulfilling requirements for the North Dakota credential for Computer Science and Cybersecurity.
This workshop session will be asynchronous. Work will need to be completed during the month teachers sign up for.
      
  Session Objectives
              - Analyze common cybersecurity threats and propose basic preventive measures to mitigate potential risks in digital interactions
 - Apply previous learning about AI to cybersecurity by understanding how AI can help bad actors create more targeted cybersecurity attacks but can also help protect us.
 - Explore how applications are leveraging AI to improve user experiences
 - Recall and explain key concepts related to the Cybersecurity Basics course within the CYBER.ORG library relating to the Artificial Intelligence domain.
