As a Temporary Maintenance Technician, you will perform highway, roadway, and structure maintenance. You will complete highway maintenance duties, which include roadway repairs, assisting in installing, repairing, and maintaining highway signs and guardrails. The primary role of the Nurse Case Manager is to coordinate care and services for injured workers who are covered by North Dakota Workforce Safety & Insurance.Duties include:Manage a caseload average of 20 to 30 cases depending on severity. Respond to catastrophic or complex injuries as requested by the claims adjuster. Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Completion of an approved program in school administration at the master's level or above; must possess a current North Dakota K-12 principal credential. A minimum of two years of education administration experience, including direct supervision of teachers, overseeing curriculum and instruction, and project management. A minimum of five years of experience as a classroom teacher or any equivalent. Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills, including giving and receiving constructive feedback. Experience teaching virtually and applying best practices in virtual instruction is strongly preferred. Experience designing and leading professional development and mentoring teachers individually. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to think independently, exercise initiative, collaborate on resolution strategies, and effectively implement solutions. Thorough and applied understanding of state and federal laws applicable to public schools. Advanced evaluation and assessment skills, including collecting and using data on student and instructional performance to drive school improvement. Applied knowledge using learning management systems for instructional delivery and student information systems for documentation and data extraction for evaluation purposes. Thorough and applied understanding of state standards and the alignment process and competency-based education. Thorough and applied knowledge of student and adult learning theory. The Regional Coordinator will promote whole community preparedness for the Northwest region of the state by assisting emergency managers, regional response teams, other first responders, and community leaders in Northwest, ND to build, sustain, and deliver core capabilities across the five mission areas of Prevention, Protection, Mitigation, Response, and Recovery. The Northwest region includes the counties of Bottineau, Burke, Divide, McHenry, McKenzie, McLean, Mountrail, Renville, Sheridan, Ward, and Williams and Fort Berthold Indian Reservation. Individual must reside either within one of these areas or be in close proximity to the area. The following is a summary of the job responsibilities; this is not an all-inclusive list. We are seeking a dynamic Regional Coordinator with strong communication skills to work with Federal, State, local and tribal jurisdictions and response disciplines to optimize preparedness and outreach efforts and act as a collaborative point of contact/liaison for local public safety, service agencies and elected officials. The incumbent will act as a resource and liaison to local and tribal jurisdictions and response disciplines to foster better operable and interoperable communications, identify new and growing threats, hazards and identify gaps in response, recovery, and mitigation capabilities, maintain stakeholder relationships supportive of regional response activities and promote, conduct and attend various training events. .

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree and three years of professional work experience in education or emergency response (law enforcement, fire, emergency management, etc.). Strong communication skills are required. Successful completion of the interview process, reference checks, and background investigation.
