  • Demonstrate the ability to work through, edit and rectify the Out of Sync grades error arising from PTPro.
  • Examine the reasons behind the Out of Sync error, and learn the steps needed to pre-emptively avert the error through proactive measures.
  • Learn how to run and use the PSCB custom report that helps isolate the issues with Out of Sync Grades.
