North Dakota Information Technology congratulates Bismarck High School on taking first place at the 2025 North Dakota High School State Cybersecurity Tournament.

North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) EduTech is driving innovation to kick off Hour of Code, a series of statewide school visits during Computer Science Education Week, officially proclaimed by Gov. Burgum for December 9-15, 2024, in North Dakota.

The two-day event held at Bismarck State College welcomed nineteen teams representing eleven high schools located across the state.

The middle school tournament will take place October 27, 2023, for virtual play-in, and in-person finals on November 17, 2023.

The high school tournament will take place February 15-16, 2024.

NDIT - EduTech will be closed on Monday, May 29, 2023 in observance of Memorial Day.

North Dakota School Superintendent Kirsten Baesler says North Dakota is the first state in the nation to approve legislation requiring cybersecurity education.

CSK5 is the National Summit for K-5 Computer Science Education. This free, online event is a fast-paced two-hour virtual program on March 30, 2023. The Summit will provide resources and solutions for elementary school programs in CS and STEM education, featuring:
