The two-day event held at Bismarck State College welcomed nineteen teams representing eleven high schools located across the state.

Thirty-six teams composing of fifteen schools from across the state competed in a virtual first round, with the top eleven teams competing in-person at the University of Mary in Bismarck.

The middle school tournament will take place October 27, 2023, for virtual play-in, and in-person finals on November 17, 2023.

The high school tournament will take place February 15-16, 2024.
