This spring, the NDSA testing window is from March 11 to May 2, 2024. The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) and NDIT-EduTech are working together to provide updated information, training, and support to schools for administering the North Dakota State Assessment. NDSA preparedness training provides Tech Coordinators, Testing Administrators, and District Test Coordinators with resources to administer the North Dakota State Assessment. Upon completion of this training, participants will understand where to obtain appropriate resources, how to set up students and staff, and how to administer testing sessions. This training is funded by NDDPI, and there is no charge for participants.

  • Evaluate and strategize best practices for optimizing the testing experience and result interpretation of the North Dakota State Assessment and analyze different question types in the various tests and understand the role rosters' significance in relation to test result accessibility.
  • Explain the key components and procedures of administering the North Dakota State Assessment (NDSA) to educational institutions and understand how to access and navigate the NDSA portal.
