Class will help explain how to work through, edit and fix Out of Sync grades error which comes from the PTPro Teacher Gradebook. Along with knowing why and how to pro-actively prevent the error from occuring.
Session Objectives
- Critically assess the effectiveness of various strategies for resolving and preventing Out of Sync grade in PTPro, and formulate informed decisions on which approach to employ based on specific decisions.
- Demonstrate the ability to work through, edit and rectify the Out of Sync grades error arising from PTPro.
- Examine the reasons behind the Out of Sync error, and learn the steps needed to pre-emptively avert the error through proactive measures.
- Learn how to run and use the PSCB custom report that helps isolate the issues with Out of Sync Grades.
